Itinerary
1
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda and after finalizing the formalities, you shall be welcomed by your guide, who will then drive you to your hotel.

Day 2: Mabamba Swamp, Drive to Jinja
After breakfast you will head to Mabamba Swamp located on Lake Victoria a large tract of marshlands with various channels through it which provides the perfect habitat for countless water birds. You will later proceed to Jinja.

Day 3: Boat ride on the source of the Nile.
In the morning after breakfast you will have a boat ride to the Source of the Nile as well as visit Jinja Town. In the afternoon you will start your journey to Kapchorwa home to the magnificent Sipi falls.

Day 4: Sipi Falls Hike, Coffee Community Walk
You shall have a nature walk to the Sipi falls. These are a series of 3 waterfalls. You will walk to the base of the falls and relax while taking a dip in the cool water of the falls, located at the base of Mt Elgon. In the afternoon you will have a coffee community walk.

Day 5: Drive to Kitgum, Nyero Rock Paintings
Today after breakfast you will drive to Kitgum town. On your way you will stop by the Prehistoric Nyero Rock paintings that date before 1250 AD. Later proceed to Kitgum town.

Day 6: Drive to Kidepo National Game Park, Evening Game Drive
You will drive to Kidepo National Park, after setting up camp you shall undertake a Game drive. In the evening you will have another Game drive in search of more Wildlife.
A sun downer with great Sunset views over the picturesque plains will crown the day.

Day 7: Morning and Evening Game Drive
After your breakfast, you shall have a game drive leading you to the Narus Valley and later Hot springs. In the late afternoon you will have another game drive.

Day 8: Game Drive, Community/Cultutral Visit
After an early morning breakfast, embark on a morning game drive that will take you back to the Narus Valley to discover more Game. After lunch until evening you will go for a cultural tour in the Karimojong community. Here you will spend a wonderful evening with Karimojong people and have an insight into their way of life and beliefs.

Day 9: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast you shall drive south west to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s biggest National Park. You shall have a stop in Gulu town, purchase some items then proceed to the national Park. You will set up camp at the Delta and later have an evening Game drive

Day 10: Morning Game Drive Aand Evening Game Drive
After an early breakfast, you will go for a game drive to catch a glimpse of the animals. This is a beautiful drive across the Borassum Palm forest and grassland Savannah to Lake Albert where the Albert Nile heads north. In the evening, you will have another game drive. You will set up camp at the Delta Camp Site.

Day 11: Boatcruise To The Nile Delta, Afternoon Boat Ride
After an early breakfast, you will have boat ride to the Nile delta; keep a look out for a variety of bird species especially the Shoebill Stork. After lunch you will go for a boat ride up the Nile, to Murchison falls, where the park derives its name. You will hike to the top where you will experience the deafening roar of the falls. You will set camp at the Top of the Falls’ Campsite.

Day 12: Drive to Fort Portal
Today you will drive to Kibale National Park. Along the way you will see several Tea Plantations you may have a stop and learn how Tea is grown and picked. You will stop in Fort portal town to do shopping. Camping will be in Kibale Forest National Park

Day 13: Chimpanzee Trekking And Bigodi Swamp
Today you will have an opportunity of trekking the chimpanzees. After lunch you shall have a walk in the Bigodi Swamps that are a good example of community led Nature conservation. You may visit a local school or take a village walk to learn about life in the village. Lunch will be at Tinka’s homestead.

Day 14: Drive To Queen Elizabeth National Park (QENP)
Today you will drive to the world-famous Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing the equator along the way. You will visit the Katwe Fishing village see the salt craters. You shall have an evening game drive. Camping will be at Channel Campsite 2.

Day 15: Game Drive And Boatride In (QENP)
Have an Early Morning Game Drive. In the afternoon, have a boat ride on Kazinga Channel. Afterwards you will have an evening Game drive.

Day 16: Ishasha Sector, Game Drive
After breakfast you will drive to Ishasha, the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. In Ishasha you will have a game drive in search of the unique tree-climbing lions as well as other Game. Overnight at Ishasha Campsite.

Day 17: Game Drive In Ishasha Sector, Drive To Bwindi
In the Morning you will have a game drive in Ishasha Wilderness discovering more spots where the Tree Climbing Lions are often found. This is a thrilling adventure you can never tire from. Later drive to Buhoma.

Day 18: Gorilla Trekking, Drive To Lake Bunyonyi
This morning you will get up very early to prepare for the upcoming gorilla trekking. You will be led by an experienced Ranger who will tell you interesting facts about the Mountain Gorillas. Afterwards you will proceed to one of the most beautiful places in Uganda; Lake Bunyonyi. Along the way you shall have spectacular views of the terraces of the Ugandan mountains. This area is called the “Switzerland of Uganda”.

Day 19: Boatride On Lake Bunyonyi
You shall have an exciting boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi. In the afternoon you may have optional activities; a Canoe boat ride, a swim in the Bilharzia free lake, you may also explore a nearby village. In the afternoon you will have a cultural walk through a village, visit a bar and interact with the locals. Residents are happy for your visit and are open to explain their daily lives.

Day 20: Drive To Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast you shall drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Even at the entrance to the park you can watch impalas and zebras. Have an evening game drive.

Day 21: Lake Mburo National Park
In the Early morning, you will have a guided nature walk, return to the camp for a hearty breakfast. Afterwards you will start your journey back to Kampala, Cross the equator and have time to take photos at the equator. Buy a few souvenirs and have a quick picnic lunch. Later you depart for the Airport and take your flight back home.
